1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8kbe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses or uses any part of the 8kbe website located at https://8kbe.cc and all associated services, features, products, and content available through that domain.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or simply browsing any page of the 8kbe platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2 Eligibility

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 8kbe strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. We may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to under-age users will be immediately suspended with all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or court-ordered restriction, you are not eligible to use 8kbe.
• Single account: Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 8kbe. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Own funds: You must only play with funds that legally belong to you. Using funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means to fund your 8kbe account is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request on the 8kbe platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not an 8kbe employee: Current employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to maintain a player account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the 8kbe platform.

8kbe reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 8kbe services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and cashier functions — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8kbe supports a range of local and bank-based payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, designed specifically to serve players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's 8kbe wallet within 24 hours of the void declaration.

5.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are available on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Odds during live betting update continuously to reflect match conditions. 8kbe is not responsible for any delay between live events and odds display caused by data feed latency or internet connectivity issues.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8kbe platform — including but not limited to the 8kbe brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of 8kbe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8kbe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sub-license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any element of the 8kbe platform. Any unauthorised use of 8kbe's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8kbe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8kbe platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or platform downtime
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, banks, etc.)

8kbe's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination
